• PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT, THANK YOU FOR YOUR CHOICE.

• 💦The Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy
• To secure an appointment, I require a $50 non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book, either by PayPal or bank transfer (if over the phone/online) or also in cash in person if you prefer.

• 💦The 48 Hour (or more) Cancellation Notice Policy
• WE require at least 48 hours noticed for any clients that need to cancel. Failure to give us less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation and reschedule or If you miss your appointment will be charged $50 cancellation fee and any deposit paid not be refundable.

• 💦The Early & Late Policy
• On your appointment, please arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to complete the necessary consultation forms and remove make up if necessary.
•  If you are up to  15minutes late for your appointment it can still go ahead.
  But your treatment time will be reduced by that amount.

             💦 Client Lash Hygiene Policy

•  Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up 

                time and eats into the slot you  have paid for.

• 💦Maintenance & Aftercare
• To maintain the best results, please follow all lash aftercare instructions.
  Kindly contact us within 48 hours  if there are any concerns.

• 💦The No Audience Policy
• Due to my insurance, children and  pets are not allowed. Also, because of the size of my lash room, unless prearranged, friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment. 
• Please refrain from taking phone calls during appointments as it disruptive .

• 💦The Refilling  Policies

              Due to the high quality of products WE use, NO foreign fills . 

             A removal  and full set would be required  in this instance.

•  STANDARD NEW/ Full set = 70-90 LASH per eye. 
•  Refills must be booked within 14day = 2weeks 💧 (40-50 LASHES PER EYE) ,

             21day = 3weeks  💧 (55- 65 LASHES  PER EYE) 

•  Minimum of 33% LASH RETENTION is required. 

• After removing any outgrown lashes,  LESS than 33%  retention OR  over 28 days =  REMOVAL + Full set.
• In 23-30 days  Removing any outgrown lashes ,with 33% lashes ,maybe charged for an extended fill ➕ $10/ $20.

• 💦Public Holiday & Before /After Hours
• Public holiday appointment incur  $20 SURCHARGE.
• Before/After-hour appointment are avaliable upon request with a  $20 SURCHARGE.
